Our site is located in an exceptional location close to the city centre on Alexandra Parade and benefits from Glasgow’s excellent shopping and restaurants as well as being within close proximity to major transport hubs such as Alexandra Parade and Bellgrove railway stations and is situated along one of Glasgow’s prime bus routes, providing an easy commute.

Team Leader

As Team Leader within our financial services team, you will use your skills and talent to enable your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Through motivating and supporting your team and driving their performance, together you’ll achieve success. 


What Will I Be Doing?

The Team Leader provides advice, coaching and support to a team of agents, contributing to the wider success of the overall function and driving the business forward. Operating within the Customer Service Risk and Control Framework you will effectively monitor and manage key risks, escalating issues and identifying trends.


What you’ll need to succeed?

Previous experience of working in a fast paced financial services environment is desirable along with a proven track record of delivering results achieved through strong leadership and team management.
