Our site is located in an exceptional location close to the city centre on Alexandra Parade and benefits from Glasgow’s excellent shopping and restaurants as well as being within close proximity to major transport hubs such as Alexandra Parade and Bellgrove railway stations and is situated along one of Glasgow’s prime bus routes, providing an easy commute.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • To provide exceptional customer service on every contact
  • To build rapport and be empathetic whilst using effective questioning techniques
  • Gain an understanding of customers’ needs and lifestyle
  • Work hard to achieve the best outcome for customers, employees and clients

  • Proven sales background in contact centre industry
  • General insurance background (preferably life assurance)
  • Understand working in a compliant and regulatory selling environment
