Our site is located in an exceptional city centre location on Hope Street and benefits from Glasgow’s excellent shopping and restaurants as it is within close proximity to major transport hubs such as Glasgow Central and Queen Street railway stations as well as Buchanan Bus Terminus, providing an easy commute.

Glasgow City Park

Our site is located in an exceptional location close to the city centre on Alexandra Parade and benefits from Glasgow’s excellent shopping and restaurants as well as being within close proximity to major transport hubs such as Alexandra Parade and Bellgrove railway stations and is situated along one of Glasgow’s prime bus routes, providing an easy commute.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Taking Inbound calls engaging with our customers.
  • To provide exceptional customer service on every contact.
  • To build rapport and be empathetic whilst using effective questioning techniques.
  • Gain an understanding of customers’ needs and lifestyle.
  • Driven environment where the customer experience is key.
  • Deliver key behaviours and a positive attitude in line with our reward and recognition plans.
  • We work hard to achieve the best outcome for customers, employees and clients.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and competitive
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to analyse information
  • Customer Service experience (Preferable).
  • Demonstrates effective ways to build customer relationships(rapport, identifying customer needs, resolving customer queries)
  • Experience of working to targets

  • An annual salary of £16,830
    28 days holiday
