Our site is located in an exceptional location close to the city centre on Alexandra Parade and benefits from Glasgow’s excellent shopping and restaurants as well as being within close proximity to major transport hubs such as Alexandra Parade and Bellgrove railway stations and is situated along one of Glasgow’s prime bus routes, providing an easy commute.

Complaints Handler

As a Complaints Handler you will have the unique opportunity to work in partnership with one of our key clients, Shop Direct who are the UK’s second largest pureplay online retailer.


What Will I Be Doing?

As a Complaints Handler, you will be speaking with customers directly on the telephone, via email or by letter and supporting them with any queries or complaints they may have. You will be working with customers who have a dispute on their account, investigating queries using all appropriate systems and then reaching a fair outcome to resolve their complaint.


What you’ll need to succeed

  • Passionate about delivering excellent service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Diligence and ability to build contacts to assist in the successful resolution of complaints
  • Amazing listening skills and empathy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of following policies and procedures
  • Minimum of 2 years customer services or complaint handling experience
  • Advantageous but not necessary to have worked in an FCA regulated business
